Wisconsin has its own groundhog...his name is Jimmy and he's from Sun Prairie, WI. Apparently, Sun Prairie, WI is the official GROUNDHOG CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! I guess Jimmy DID NOT see his shadow, which means Wisconsin is going to have an early spring. I'm also told that Jimmy's predictions are accurate 80% of the time. Look HERE!
