Well, tomorrow is our big moving day. It's been crazy here for the past week! Adam has had to work crazy long days all week which has meant most of the packing has been my responsibility. You never really realize how much "stuff" you have until you try to pack it into boxes! We're downsizing the goods, I think. Less is more, right?? So I am taking a quick break from the chaos and posting what will probably be my last post for a little while. We aren't going to have free internet in the house where we're going and I'm not sure when we're getting it hooked up. If it gets to be too long, I'll just run over to my parent's house and use theirs, but only after we unpack again ...I really do not like the packing/unpacking parts! Ah well, this probably will be the last move for quite a while so I'll just smile through it .

So I'll leave you all with a few pictures...

Notice all that drool?? Still no teeth but LOTS of dro…

more pics

The living room, after the 2nd coat of paint.

The hallway, which has not been painted but definitely needs to be! I just thought it showed the way the doors throughout the house look...something I really like about the place.

Elijah's room...we decided we really don't like the way the white closet doors look but that will have to wait for now.

Well, I went to stand up and stuck my hand in Adam's paint tray...he thought it would be funny to take my picture. I'm posting it so he doesn't

The kittybuds...sleeping. It's a rare day when we see three of them in the same area at the same time!

Elijah was trying to eat the Yellow Pages...crazy child!

Elijah "droopy-drawers" ... poor kid...his pants are always falling down!

This is not nice of me, but this was like the 5th time this happened and as bad as I feel for him when it happens, it's so funny! He tries to get toys by leaning over the toy box and ends up getting stuck on the edge! His feet aren't eve…

I got several requests from my sister to post some new pictures. I had to search our camera for some good pictures because Elijah doesn't like to sit still anymore! Most of our pictures are when he's in his high chair...but I did manage to find some cute ones. So here goes...

First are a couple from his time in his Johnny Jump-Up...he really just figured out that he's supposed to jump, not spin around! By the look on his face in the 2nd picture, you'd think he was jumping for hours!

...and what are YOU looking at???

These, believe it or not, were taken by Adam! They are very fitting, however. Our son likes his bananas...eats between 3 and 4 a day. I think he'd eat all of them if I let him! When we go grocery shopping, he squeals when he sees me put bananas in the cart!

Excuse the blurriness in the last one...but it was too funny for me NOT to post!

And finally, a few from today. I wish I could figure out what he's trying to tell me sometimes...he seems very det…

Goodbye, cramped apartment!

It's official...we are moving at the end of the month. Our application was accepted for a three bedroom duplex and we are totally excited! Not only will the cats have someplace to escape to (Elijah is starting to irritate them at times!), but we will have way more room, hard wood floors in all the bedrooms, ceiling fans in almost all the rooms, and a basement. It's going to be so nice to eventually be able to do laundry there. No more broken coin-operated apartment complex pieces of crap...and no more laundromats! The laundromat with a 9 month old is interesting, and difficult.

Oh wait...the best part of this deal? We are right across the street from Humboldt Park! For those not familiar with it, it's one of the nicest parks in Milwaukee County. It's really big and has a pond (you can ice skate on it in the winter), tennis courts (I would love to start playing again!) a big playground and lots of paths to walk on. It's cool...we were really hoping this place would …
