Enjoy...
My super cute date for D6 on Wednesday night:
Ron and Ari, those are his shoes from you! Thank you again!!!
These are from when we got home:
Trying to ride on his boat...
This was Friday morning while he was spending time with Daddy:
and this one was from a few days ago when he decided to be super cute:
The following are from his photo shoot...it was a self portrait project!
Some of you may know that Adam has experienced these "self portrait sessions" as well...definitely passed that one on to Elijah!
Finally, with the exception of the picture of him sleeping in his chair, you may notice that there is NO PACI in these pictures! We have been completely paci-free (not even nap time or bedtime!) for two days now! Sometimes when he gets a little worked up he'll ask for it but we just divert his attention and he forgets about it. Wanna see what we did?
Now, first of all, PLEASE don't tell me how cruel it was to cut the tip of his pacifier off! It was very traumatic on Adam and me...we snipped it without his knowledge and then gave it to Eli for his nap. He put it in his mouth, pulled it out and looked at us very confused..."uh-oh" was what he said. We acted very surprised and basically told him it was broken. He took his paci like this for about a day and a half and just lost interest in it.
Thanks, Christie, for the idea! It worked beautifully!
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. GOD, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer’s; he makes me tread on my high places. ~Habakkuk 3:18-19~
